HMI/SCADA

Whether your needs include a simple operator interface screen or a complex PC-based HMI/SCADA system with data logging, alarming and complex report features, we have the knowledge and experience to get the job done. We build even the smallest of applications with a foundation to allow your HMI/SCADA package to grow as your needs grow.

Our software of choice is Microsoft Visual Studio (which includes Visual Basic, C#, and ASP.NET because it gives us the ability to meet our customers' needs without the constraints of canned HMI packages. However, our staff is experienced in a variety of HMI packages such as; AB RSView 32, AB RSView Studio, AB Panelbuilider32, GE Cimplicity, Wonderware, Intellution, Xycom Proface.

Controls Programming

Our programming staff has over 65 years of combined experience programming all types of control applications including conveying, packaging, product testing, servo, heat and flow PID, material handling, chemical application, crane automation, and paint systems. Unlike some companies, SAC does not place passwords or restrictions on your PLC programs to prevent you from viewing, copying, or making your own modifications.
